Science and art are parallel disciplines, their intersection heightens the impact of each on our lives. I use nanotechnology to create sculptures which inspire curiosity and interactivity. |

I use the materials that I develop to create visually stimulating pieces in addition to their proposed applications, and in many cases their value as pieces of art proves to be far more than their value for a scientific application. In creating these materials and using them as art, I hope to spark an intellectual curiosity in both the meaning of my art and the science underneath it. |
