| Statement : |
|
Having pools of memory, animal forms and intense color, my paintings continue a concept found in Dream Reality or the older term Surrealism. There is a strong social and symbolic content. Images appear as a collective with interlocking-shape relationships. There is always some satire or cartooning about human conditions. The human hand ia an important connection in most of my work, suggesting the power of touch and language of gesture. |
